Wellbeing

We recognise the importance of health and wellbeing in enabling our people to perform at their best so we can deliver the exceptional service our clients expect. We provide all our colleagues with extensive access to essential services, guidance and support networks, helping them thrive at work and at home.

We also offer a comprehensive range of mental health and emotional wellbeing service to support all our employees in difficult times. This commitment has been further strengthened as Oaklin has signed up to the Mental Health at Work Commitment reaffirming our dedication to prioritise the mental health of our staff.

Wellbeing Strategy

We are committed to integrating inclusion and wellbeing in all our efforts to support our people in bringing their authentic selves to the workplace.

We believe that retaining good mental and physical health, seeking personal financial stability, and accessing advice and support regarding how we care for our loved ones and ourselves is critical to our overall wellbeing.

That is why our Wellbeing Strategy focuses on four areas:

At Oaklin, we are very proud of our active employee wellbeing programme, and the wellbeing of our team is central to our people management.

One of the things I appreciate most at Oaklin is the freedom to define what wellbeing looks like for each of us. It’s not about following a fixed plan, but about having a voice and the backing to try new things. Whether it’s championing mental health, finding ways of developing our culture, or launching peer-led initiatives, there’s a real openness from the partnership to back ideas that are meaningful to us. It’s not about ticking boxes; it’s about building something that genuinely reflects the needs of our people—and that makes a real difference to how supported I feel in my day-to-day work.

Kabir Ahluwalia-Pandor, Business Analyst

At Oaklin, wellbeing isn’t an afterthought - it’s embedded in everything we do. From our Wellness Pledge to leaders openly sharing their own journeys, we foster a culture where mental, physical, and social health are nurtured every day. Initiatives like the wellbeing room reflect our commitment not only to providing a space to recharge, but also to recognising the diverse needs of our people. We understand that wellbeing looks different for everyone, and we’re proud to support each individual at Oaklin.
