What’s one thing about Oaklin’s culture that stands out to you?

How has your role changed since you started at Oaklin?
Over the past year, my role has evolved significantly. Initially, I was the only person in my position, but with two new colleagues joining, I have taken on the responsibility of supporting their development and helping them upskill. As an adaptable team member, I prioritised building their confidence and ensuring they felt fully integrated - temporarily setting aside some of my own tasks to focus on knowledge sharing and support. While this was not part of my original responsibility, I recognised an opportunity to build long-term capability, which has ultimately resulted in a stronger, more integrated team.
