Oaklin gain accreditation against the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) framework

We are thrilled to announce that Oaklin is now accredited against the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) framework.

What is the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) framework?

The ChMC framework, created by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in collaboration with the Management Consultancies Association (MCA), is a rigorous framework setting a professional standard of career excellence for management consultants to aspire to. Accreditation against this framework is the highest status you can achieve in the management consulting profession, recognising exceptional consultancy.

"We are already supporting the first of our highly experienced consultants through the process to achieve their charterships."

What does this accreditation mean for Oaklin?

  • It acknowledges that we have the in-house capability to develop exceptional Consultants who meet these high standards set by the CMI.
  • It recognises that learning and development is truly a part of the DNA of Oaklin. We take the development of our people seriously and offer a wide range of tools and techniques to help individuals grow.
  • It opens up pathways for our Consultants to gain their individual charterships.

What’s next for chartership in Oaklin?

We are already supporting the first of our highly experienced consultants through the process to achieve their charterships.

For our more junior Consultants and Business Analysts, we have woven the framework into our preexisting learning and development offering, ensuring they are best supported to build the core consulting skills they need to excel and gain chartership later in their careers.
