Oaklin partnered with a multinational energy company to mature the product function within their Cloud Centre of Excellence. Faced with disjointed delivery and placing heavy pressures on technical teams, Oaklin helped define their cloud strategy, introduced a product-centric delivery model grounded in agile principles. This included defining new processes, tooling, and documentation standards to enable proactive demand management and strategy-led backlog prioritisation. By engaging closely with stakeholders across the organisation, Oaklin established a collaborative model that captured broad customer needs. The new approach accelerated delivery, resulting in the successful launch of two Cloud platforms and multiple new services—laying the foundation for a sustainable Platform-as-a-Product model.

Oaklin was engaged by a global payments leader to accelerate the delivery of a complex digital transformation programme, building a cutting-edge merchant acquiring platform for EMEA clients.
