Katie Kelly

Katie is a passionate and dynamic business transformation leader who is obsessed with the human side of change and continuous improvement. Katie has 10 years’ experience across both project/programme and change management within finance, retail, pharmaceuticals, legal, transport, and public service industries.

Katie has led the change management workstreams of multiple largescale transformation programmes for international and multinational organisations encompassing customer journey design, digital transformation, finance transformation, business transformation, shared services, process and operations Improvement.

Both inside and outside of work Katie is passionate about Inclusion and Diversity, holding the role of Chairperson for the Women’s Network at the Chartered Management Institute where she has led on events that promote the rise of women in management for the last 5 years.
