Erin is an accomplished management consultant who has helped clients manage change for over 14 years. She specialises in managing the people aspects of change associated with a wide range of projects from IT transformation to Brexit planning.
Organisations have benefitted from her leadership to better articulate their vision and expected benefits, involve diverse stakeholder groups in planning, drive awareness and buy-in through communications and training, and promote an inclusive culture that recognises lasting change as being broader than IT.
As a dual citizen of both the UK and the US, Erin has led and supported programmes of work in both countries and across public and private sectors while working at companies including Ernst & Young and Booz Allen. She holds a BA in Economics and an MA in International Commerce and Policy.
