Carrie Warr

Carrie spent 15 years in consulting, including at Accenture, before she stepped away from consulting to become Director of External Relations at the University of Sheffield. Thankfully, after her sabbatical in the Higher Education sector, she returned to consulting and joined us as an Oaklin partner in 2012. Her client experience includes telecoms companies Mercury, Cable and Wireless, Tele Danmark and BT; M&S; BP; Gazprom Marketing and Trading and most recently Rolls-Royce.

Carrie specialises in the management of business change programmes, often with an organisational or people element. In particular, for programmes which have complex stakeholder management challenges, Carrie is able to structure approaches to ensure buy-in and engagement.

Carrie lives in a village in the glorious Peak District so is by far the most relaxed and friendly person at Oaklin. In her spare time, she operates two holiday cottages and gets roped into sitting on far too many village committees.
