Grant Laten

Grant is an Oaklin Consultant with ten years’ experience in programme leadership, strategy development and execution, operational transformation, and systems integration across the public and private sectors. He joined Oaklin after nearly eight years with a global management consultancy, and has led complex delivery and strategy projects in nearly 30 countries.

Grant is skilled at shaping strategic initiatives and embedding teams to provide direction to mission-critical programmes. With functional, technical, and creative skillsets, he is experienced at improving complex processes through structured methodologies and team events, building consensus across functional, cultural, and language barriers. Grant drives value by assessing current state and goals, evaluating opportunities, and implementing revolutionary systems, structures, and processes. His experience spans the utilities, technology, banking, defence, intelligence, and foreign affairs sectors.

A California native, Grant earned a BSc (Hons) from the Argyros School of Business and Economics. When he’s not helping clients with their most perplexing challenges, he can be found on the tennis court, racing sailboats, or planning his next off-the-beaten-path weekend.
