Claudia Dilley

Claudia joined us in 2018 as our People Manager. Claudia is an HR professional with a commercial business management background, specialising in talent development and setting businesses up for growth. Claudia is currently studying for her CIPD Level 5 diploma in Human Resources Management and very much enjoys putting her learnings into practice by keeping us up to date with contemporary HR.  

Prior to joining Oaklin, Claudia worked at a growth consultancy where she spent two years setting up their people function. Claudia also previously worked at Christie’s auction house for over 10 years as Business Manager to a variety of international art departments running their business development strategies and people operations.

Claudia loves nothing more than doing up her 1970s East London flat and has become quite the DIY expert. She is also a budding print collector and loves cooking for her friends and family.
